Thanks for the encouragement – I’m still working out the kinks on format and production, so any feedback at all is appreciated.

I wanted to offer another media format mostly because I wish I could do a little less reading and a little more listening. And this way I can justify working out by proxy – if people listen to me at the gym, I don’t have to exercise myself, right?

Matthew, I really enjoyed your podcast. It adds a whole new dimension to your blog. Your words come alive with verbal expression.

And you’re so darned prolific that downloading and listening on my iPod at the gym is a great alternative to reading my computer screen! You make it possible for me to double-time. :)
